A specialty food shop selling a variety of marine-based pantry items and fermented products using recipes unique to the Kaga region. The adventurous may challenge themselves to the fugu (blowfish) ovary-flavored ice cream as well. Soba and other eat-in dishes are served at lunch daily except Wednesdays and Thursdays.
